Shehana is a young and talented artist; she was born in Sri Lanka but moved to Italy when she was a child and it was in this country, rich of art and history, where she discovered her artistic abilities.
Her preferred medium are pencils, charcoal and pastels but she also likes to paint with acrylics and watercolours. Her artworks are rich of details for which she has a sort of obsession, her colored pencils drawings are so detailed to look like photos. Portraits of women, with their beauty and grace, are her preferred subjects, but she also likes to draw animals, landscapes and fantasy subjects.
The discovery of her artistic talents started at school where she learned how make and decorate pottery, after high school she graduated at the University of Milan in restoration and preservation of ancient artworks.
